100% Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

160 ml water
3 packages yeast
14 gr sugar
1,900 ml scalded milk
130 gr shortening
200 gr sugar
120 ml molasses
18 gr salt
1,500 gr wheat flour
160 ml water while your milk is coolin dissolve
240 ml sugar in the milk

Instructions

to 2 hours. Knead down and shape into 6 loaves, let rise until doubled in pans. Bake at 190ÂșC . for 40 minutes. Turn out on wire rack and let cool to cold before slicing, if you can. NOTE: Raisins and/or walnuts can be added for a change. Also this bread freezes well. ----
