1993 1st Place: Ginger Cookies

Ingredients

200 gr granulated sugar
170 gr dark corn syrup
120 ml water
5 gr ginger
5 gr cinnamon
130 gr butter
500 gr all purpose flour
7 gr baking soda
1 liquid food coloring
1 week
1 margin between cookie

Instructions
