1995 2nd Place: Brown Butter Maple Spritz

Ingredients

170 gr butter
200 gr confectioners sugar
9 gr pure vanilla extract
3 gr salt
1 egg
2 egg yolks
280 gr unsifted all-purpose flour
120 gr pure maple syrup
1 use for cookies
230 gr brown butter
200 gr confectioners sugar
1 1/2 apar bake until set
1,900 ml saucepan over
1/2 filling on

Instructions
