5-hour Beef Stew

Ingredients

800 gr stew meat cubed
55 ml wine
1 package tomatoes with green chilis
14 gr sugar
1 pkg peas
8 gr salt
6 slices carrots
3 gr pepper
3 potatoes-cubed
3 onions coarsely
100 gr celery
1 gr rosemary
28 gr tapioca instant

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a deep casserole, cover tightly and bake for 5 hours at 2 -0ÂșC Not necessary to brown the beef first.
