7 Grain Corn Muffins

Ingredients

7 cereal
475 ml water
40 gr maple syrup
30 ml unrefined vegetable oil
6 gr sea salt
14 gr baking powder
1/4 instant oatmeal
250 gr cornmeal

Instructions

Mix all ingredients (except for cornmeal) in blender until very smooth. Mix in cornmeal with a spoon. Fill oiled muffin cups half full. Bake at 190ºC or 35-45 minutes.
