Abc's Of Vegetables

Ingredients

190 gr asparagus
90 gr broccoli
130 gr carrots
32 gr spinach
1 cooking spray
1 package cream of mushroom soup
16 gr onions
2 gr thyme
120 ml water
1 pepper

Instructions

Layer asparagus, broccoli, carrots, and spinach in a baking dish covered with vegetable cooking spray. Blend remaining ingredients.

Pour over vegetables. Cover. Bake at 180ÂșC for 30 to 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
