Abilene Texas Chili

Ingredients

1,400 gr beef
40 gr brown sugar
2 gr thyme
3 gr salt
2 gr cumin seed
3 gr garlic powder
2 bay leaves
1 cilantro
1 gr oregano
3 gr cayenne pepper
14 gr paprika
46 v
8 juice
120 gr onions
300 gr tomatoes
1,100 gr pinto

Instructions

Brown beef and drain fat. Add all ingredients and cover. Cook for 4 hours or so on medium. ----
