African Green Pepper And Spinach

Ingredients

1 onion
1 green pepper
16 ml oil
1 tomato
60 gr spinach
2 gr salt
1 gr pepper
55 gr peanut butter

Instructions

Cook and stir onion and green pepper in oil in 3 litre saucepan until onion is tender.

Add tomato and spinach. Cover and simmer until spinach is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper and peanut butter. Heat just until hot.
