After-school Cookies

Ingredients

130 gr soy flour
240 ml milk
65 gr wheat germ
170 gr raisins
75 gr dates
2 egg
120 gr cheese
30 ml honey
30 ml water
30 ml oil
4 gr vanilla

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix soy flour, milk powder, wheat germ, raisins and dates. In small bowl, mix cheese, eggs, water, honey, oil and vanilla. Add cheese mixture to dry ingredients and blend. Dough will be stiff. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased pan. Microwave at FULL POWER 3-5 minutes or until bottoms are firm. Makes 3 dozen cookies. Microwave time: 3-5 minutes. Conventional range time: 10-15 minutes at 160ÂșC .
