Alexandrian Cumin Bread
Ingredients
3 unbleached
1 flour
1 package yeast
4 gr salt
2 gr cumin seed
85 ml lukewarm water
16 gr flour over
1 hr
400 degree oven
Instructions
top; the bottom of the bread should sound hollow when tapped with the finger. Let the bread cool, then serve.
