900 gr grd chuck
3/4 oatmeal
1 onion
350 ml catsup
60 ml milk
2 eggs
30 gr horseradish
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper
38 gr b
10 ml mustard

4 loaves
350 deg
5 gr horseradish
Instructions
meatloaf & bake an additional 5 min. Yields 2 loaves. NOTE May freeze the second loaf. ----
