All-american Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

150 gr butter
65 gr shortening
220 gr packed brown sugar
100 gr granulated sugar
1 egg
4 gr vanilla
250 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
1 package semisweet chocolate chips
120 gr walnuts

Instructions

In large bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugars Beat in egg and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt; stir into butter mixture, mixing well.

Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls, 5 cm apart, onto greased baking sheets.

Bake in 180ÂșC oven 8-10 minutes, just until edgesare golden (centers will still be soft).

Remove to wire racks to cool.
