Alligator Sausage And Crawfish Casserole

Ingredients

some green onions
260 gr alligator sausage
1 crawfish tails
260 gr smoked sausage
240 gr converted long rice
190 gr rotelle tomatoes
1 package onion soup
1 package beef consomme
160 gr mushrooms
6 gr garlic
2 bay leaves
1 creole seasoning
8 gr black pepper
110 gr butter

Instructions

Mix alligator sausage with remaining ingredients. Place in a covered casserole or pan and cook in preheated 180ÂșC oven for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, stir well and continue cooking for the remaining time. Let cool, uncovered, for a few minutes and serve. Can serve 10-20.
