Almond-pumkin Muffins With Struesel Topping

Ingredients

75 gr margarine
220 gr brown sugar
80 ml molasses
2 egg whites
250 gr pumpkin
1 oat bran
130 gr flour
1 pumkin pie spice
2 gr baking soda
1 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
60 gr almonds
50 gr sugar
1 gr cinnamon
16 gr flour
14 gr margarine

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 and spray muffin cups with cooking spray. Cream together magarine, sugar, and molasses. Add egg whites and pumkin. Add dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Add almonds. Fill muffin cups 0.75 full. Combine struessel topping ingredients, cutting in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle struessel topping over muffin batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes until wooden pick comes out clean.
