Almond-streusel Peach Pie

Ingredients

250 gr flour
3 gr salt
200 gr butter
24 gr shortening
220 gr brown sugar
3 gr nutmeg
60 gr almonds
1 lemon
9 peaches
24 gr cornstarch
1 gr almond extract
14 gr dry bread crumbs
130 gr flour
1 gr sal in
60 ml ice water
220 gr brown sugar
1 gr nutme in remaining
85 gr butter until crumbly
9 pie
1 lemon zest from the lemon
16 ml juice

Instructions

zest and juice, cornstarch and almond extract. Sprinkle bread crumbs over bottom of pie shell and fill with peach mixture. Sprinkle almond crumb mixture on top. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350. Continue baking until top is browned and fruit juices are bubbling, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
