Almond-raisin Biscotti

Ingredients

3 eggs
300 gr sugar
85 gr raisins
12 gr candied orange peel
3 orange zest
450 gr unbleached all-purpose flour
7 gr baking powder

150 gr sugar until

Instructions

minutes. On a cutting board, cut the logs on a diagonal into slices 1 cm wide. Return the slices to the baking sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until the biscotti are very lightly browned and crisp. Cool on racks and store in airtight containers. ----
