Almond Brickle Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

325 gr all purpose flour
200 gr sugar
130 gr butter
1 egg
5 gr baking soda
4 gr vanilla
90 gr almond brickle bits

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients except almond brickle bits. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in almond brickle bits. Shape rounded teaspoonsfuls of dough into 3 cm balls, place 5 cm apart on greased cookie sheets. Flatten to 1 cm thickness with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 8 to 11 minutes, or until edges are very lightly browned. ----
