Almond Butter Crunch

Ingredients

230 gr butter
300 gr sugar
65 gr corn syrup
45 ml water
230 gr semisweet chocolate squares
300 on candy thermometer
230 gr almon pour a buttered

Instructions

water; remove from heat. Spread half the melted chocolate over top of candy; sprinkle with quarter cup nuts; let set for about 20 minutes; turn candy over and spread with remaining chocolate and sprinkle with remaining nuts.
