130 gr am amaranth flour 190 gr am brown rice flour 14 gr non-alum baking powder 3 gr sea salt 240 ml milk 45 ml honey 30 ml am unrefined vegetable oil 2 egg whites
Instructions
Mix dry and liquid ingredients separately; beat egg whites, then combine all ingredients. Pour batter into well-oiled 20 cm x 10 cm pan and bake at 180ÂșC . about 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing loaf to rack.
