Amaretto Cheesecake With Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

some raspberries for
some sauce on to dessert plates

250 gr almonds
26 gr granulated sugar
350 ml cream cheese
100 gr granulated sugar
3 eggs
240 ml sour cream
30 ml amaretto
2 gr vanilla
2 gr almond extract
750 gr unsweetened
10 ml amaretto sugar
9 microwavable quiche dish
150 per cent
30 ml amaretto
100 gr graham cracker crumbs with
60 gr almonds for the crus use

Instructions

food processor and pulse to chop nuts to an even consistency, rather than a fine powder. Also, you could substitute strawberries for the raspberries. To omit liqueur, increase almond extract in the filling to 1 teaspoon and use just a drop in the raspberry puree.
