American Beef Sausage

Ingredients

2,700 gr beef
1 gr sage
8 gr salt
4 gr black pepper
2 gr cayenne
325 gr bread crumbs
7 gr parsley
2 eggs
240 ml water

Instructions

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS THOROUGHLY AND STUFF INTO HOG CASINGS. PUT INTO BOILING WATER, BEING SURE TO COVER COMPLETELY WITH WATER, AND BOIL FOR ABOUT half HOUR. TAKE FROM POT AND ALLOW TO COOL, THEN REFRIGERATE. TO SERVE, CUT MEAT INTO THIN SLICES AND BROIL SLOWLY UNTIL BROWN ON ALL SIDES.
