American Garlic And Parsley Bread For Bread Machines
Ingredients
12 gr yeast 375 gr bread flour 24 gr wheat germ 24 gr wheat bran 12 gr salt 26 gr sugar 30 ml vegetable oil 2 garlic 3 gr parsley 60 ml water
Instructions
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual andprocess on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer'sdirections. Let the loaf cool before slicing. Serve plain or toasted. Makes1- half pound loaf.
