Amish Custard Pie

Ingredients

65 gr sugar
5 gr flour
1 gr salt
3 eggs
700 ml milk
1 gr nutmeg
9 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

Combine sugar, flour, salt and eggs and mix until smooth. Heat milk to boiling point. Add 1 cup hot milk to egg mixture. Pour that into the remaining hot milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 45-60 minutes.
