Anchovy Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

some garlic
120 ml low fat yogurt
1 salflower
16 ml corn oil
30 ml vinegar
1 gr pepper
3 gr parsley
1 anchovy paste

Instructions

Refrigerate to blend flavors; adjust seasoning before serving. Makes about 0.75 cup.
