Anco Chili Devil's Food Cupcakes With Roasted Macadamias

Ingredients

160 gr cake flour
45 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
26 gr ancho chili powder
5 gr baking soda
1 gr baking powder
1 gr cayenne pepper
1 gr salt
85 gr butter at
300 gr sugar
3 eggs
120 ml buttermilk
120 gr dark coffee
4 gr pure vanilla extract
65 gr rosasted macadamias
110 gr semisweet chocolate
120 ml whipping cream

1/2 coffee
3/8 dry mixture
1/2 cookie cutter to rounds from the cake
