Andouille In Comforting Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

475 gr onions
100 gr celery
140 gr bell pepper
26 gr parsley
240 ml peanut oil
3 gr garlic
700 ml steak sauce
120 ml louisiana sauce
700 ml ketchup
6 gr cayenne pepper
1 southern comfort liquor
425 gr andouille sausage
3/4 this will keep in the refrigerator for weeks
260 gr andouille
240 ml sauce

Instructions
