Andrea's Fudge Cake

Ingredients

350 gr semi-sweet chocolate
26 gr espresso
400 gr sugar
230 gr butter
6 eggs
200 gr all-purpose flour -confectioners sugar for -garn -sh
9 springform
1/4 whites chocolate mixture to lighten

Instructions

slightly moist. Remove cake to wire rack to cool completely. Remove sides of springform pan and transfer cake to serving plate. If desired, place doily on top of cake and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Remove doily to form pattern. Converted by MMCONV vers.
