650 gr flour 5 ml soda 3 gr salt 26 gr sugar 140 gr shortening 1 yeast cake 1 package yeast 240 ml lukewarm water 475 ml buttermilk
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening and add yeast and buttermilk, mixing well. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface. Cut with small biscuit cutter. Bake on greased sheet in pre-heated 200ÂșC oven for dozen minutes or until golden brown.
