Ingredients

some lemon added
12 globe artichokes
1 slice lemon
24 gr flour
65 gr scallinos
55 gr olive
1 1/2 lemon
700 ml water
9 gr dill
16 gr cornflour
2 eggs
4 as a meal
8 as a first course cooking time
24 gr flour as this is quite effective in preventing discoloration
4 layers of leaves until the tender leaves remain
6 gr salt
1/2 original quantity
2 cook the eg pile artichokes on a warm platter
