Antipasto Salad I

Ingredients

1 cauliflower
3 carrots
1 green pepper
140 gr black olives
270 gr pasta
300 ml oil
180 ml vinegar
2 garlic
14 gr sugar

Instructions

vinegar, garlic and sugar, adding salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Pour all but one third cup dressing over salad, tossing to mix, reserve remaining dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, taste and readjust seasonings and add remaining dressing if necessary.
