Antipasto Salad With Garlic Dressing

Ingredients

some romaine lettuce
475 gr garbanzo beans
10 gr artichoke hearts
65 gr peppers
34 gr black olives
1/2 low-fat salami
55 gr skim mozzarella cheese
20 gr parmesan cheese
10 ml olive oil
12 ml tarragon vinegar
1 ml prepared mustard
1 ml worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 gr pepper

Instructions

This salad is pretty hardy, but to turn it into a main dish salad, just add pasta shells, bows, or tortellini. Salad: Place beans, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers and olives in salad bowl; add lettuce, Pour salad dressing over all and toss well. Arrange salami on salad greens. Sprinkle both cheeses over top. Dressing: Shake all ingredients in tightly covered jar. Makes about quarter c dressing.
