Appetizer Egg Rolls

Ingredients

130 gr pork
1 onion
90 gr cabbage
30 ml vegetable oil
45 gr mushrooms
1/4 sprouts
28 gr currants
32 gr almonds
3 gr cornstarch
30 ml sherry
16 ml soy sauce
7 gr ginger
12 egg roll wrappers
6 sq
1/4 apricots
50 gr sugar
1 gr salt
16 ml lemon juice
10 ml water
1/2 form rectangles
5 at a time
180 ml water in a saucepan

Instructions

Add lemon juice, cover and process until smooth. Serve warm.
