Apple-ginger Scones

Ingredients

2 bisquick
50 gr apple
40 gr brown sugar
1 gr ginger
80 ml milk
1 egg
2 egg whites
60 ml egg substitute milk sugar

Instructions

Heat oven to 220ÂșC . Grease cookie sheet. Mix bisquick, apple, brown sugar, ginger, milk and egg until dough forms. Knead 10 times. Pat dough into 20 cm wide circle on cookie sheet. Brush with milk. Sprinkle with sugar. Cut into 8 wedges. Bake about 14 minutes or untl golden brown. Serve warm.
