Apple-nut Cookies

Ingredients

75 gr margarine
110 gr brown sugar
1 egg
130 gr unbleached flour
65 gr wheat flour
5 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
3 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
45 ml milk
40 gr raisins
60 gr walnuts

Instructions

Apples Preheat oven to 200ÂșC . Lightly grease a cookie sheet with margarine. In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine and brown sugar. Add egg and beat until batter is smooth. Combine white flour, whole-wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix into batter alternately with milk. Stir in raisins and nuts. Fold in apples. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Dee Penrod ----
