Apple-orange Pie

Ingredients

200 gr sugar
32 gr flour
1 gr nutmeg
120 ml orange juice
75 gr butter
3 apples
1 pie shell

Instructions

Pastry strips Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg, orange juice, and melted butter; mix thoroughly. Put apples in unbaked pie shell; pour liquid mixture over apples, and arrange pastry strips in lattice fashion over top. Bake at 200ÂșC or 15 minutes; reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer. ----
