Apple-cranberry Cobbler

Ingredients

3 apple
200 gr pear
5 gr cinnamon
38 gr pitted dates
1 arrowroot powder
1 ml lemon juice
80 gr maple syrup
230 gr rolled oats
1 gr vanilla
180 ml apple juice
2 gr nutmeg

Instructions

apples, cranberries, and pears. 2. In a blender puree cinnamon, dates, arrowroot, lemon juice, and maple syrup, and pour over apple mixture. 3. Combine oats, vanilla, apple juice, and nutmeg and mix with your fingers or a wooden spoon until the apple juice is distributed evenly. Sprinkle topping over apples. 4.
