Apple-raisin Soup

Ingredients

475 ml apple juice
40 gr raisins
2 stick cinnamon
14 gr brown sugar
14 gr brandy

Instructions

In 2 litre saucepan combine first 4 ingredients. Cover, simmer 15 minutes or till apples are tender. Stir in sugar and brandy. Cover; chill. Remove stick cinnamon before serving.
