Apple-cheese Danish "pie"

Ingredients

7 round milk lunch crackers
20 unsweetened presliced apples
50 gr sugar sugar substitute -to equal
200 gr sugar
3 gr cinnamon
32 gr raisins
120 gr low-fat cottage cheese
1 egg
120 ml skim milk

Instructions

Arrange crackers in an 20 cm nonstick cake pan, 6 in a circle and 1 in the center (crackers need not be touching). Stir apples, sugar, sugar substitute, cinnamon, and raisins together and spoon over crackers. In covered blender, beat cottage cheese, egg, and milk smooth. Pour over apples.
