Apple Brandy Cake

Ingredients

70 gr apple brandy
400 gr apples
250 gr flour
5 gr cinnamon
10 ml soda
2 gr nutmeg
3 gr salt
120 gr walnuts
170 gr raisins
400 gr sugar
120 ml oil
2 eggs

Instructions

Powdered sugar Sprinkle brandy over apples, and set aside. Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, nutmeg, salt, and cloves; stir in walnuts and raisins. Combine sugar, oil, and eggs; beat well, and blend into flour mixture. Stir in apples. Spoon batter into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 190ÂșC or 1 hour. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Sift powdered sugar over top. ----
