Apple Bread

Ingredients

95 gr shortening
200 gr sugar
2 eggs
14 gr baking soda
30 ml sour milk
250 gr flour
3 gr salt
4 gr vanilla
270 gr apples
100 gr nutmeats
16 ml vinegar
10 ml milk be substituted in place of the sour milk
28 gr butter
16 gr flour
26 gr sugar
3 gr cinnamon

Instructions

Bake at 180ºC or 1 hour.
