Apple Bread #2

Ingredients

110 gr butter
200 gr sugar
60 gr walnuts
2 eggs
85 gr raisins
5 gr baking soda
14 gr butter
30 ml buttermilk
55 gr packed brown sugar
250 gr all purpose flour
1 gr cinnamon
4 gr vanilla

Instructions

Cream butter, slowly adding sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk, add to batter, mixing well. Stir in flour. Add vanilla and stir well. Stir in apples, walnuts and raisins. Spoon into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Drizzle melted butter over loaves. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over loaves. Bake at 180ÂșC or about 40 to 45 min. Cool in pan for 5 minutes and then cool completely on rack. Pat Empson quarter 08:11 pm ----
