Apple Butter Cookies

Ingredients

55 gr butter
220 gr packed brown sugar
1 egg
80 gr quick-cooking oats
110 gr apple butter
130 gr all purpose flour
2 gr baking soda
2 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
30 ml milk
65 gr nuts
85 gr raisins

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, oats, and apple butter. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture along with the milk; beat until blended. Stir in nuts and raisins. Chill well. drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 180ÂșC or 15 minutes. NOTE: Freeze baked cookies in tins or freezer bags for the months ahead. ----
