3 eggs 350 ml oil 400 gr sugar 375 gr flour 5 ml soda 3 gr salt 9 gr vanilla 1 pecans 290 gr cored 1 cube 220 gr packed brown sugar 60 ml milk
Instructions
Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into 9 x 33 cm oblong pan. Bake at 180ºC . for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean when inserted in center of cake. Cook icing ingredients in small saucepan 2.5 minutes and pour over warm cake.
