Apple Cobbler Cake

Ingredients

350 ml cooking oil
400 gr sugar
3 eggs
9 gr vanilla
375 gr flour
3 gr salt
5 ml soda
140 gr pecans
650 gr apples
350 degree oven

Instructions

putting on topping. TOPPING half cup light brown sugar 1 stick butter or margarine half cup dark brown sugar quarter cup milk Boil ingredients together for three minutes. Pour over hot cake and let stand 1 hour before removing from pan. NOTE: May have to carefully loosen cake at top of cake around sides and around center tube. Also, gently run knife down each curve of the sides and center tube to get topping to seep down. ~ ----
