Apple Crunch Muffins #1

Ingredients

190 gr unbleached flour
100 gr sugar
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
4 gr cinnamon
50 gr vegetable shortening
1 egg
120 ml milk
1 tart apples
1 nut crunch topping
2 1/2 muffin
5/8 rds full

Instructions

topping. Bake in 375 degree oven 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with butter and homemade jelly or jam. NUT CRUNCH TOPPING: Mix together quarter c brown sugar (packed), quarter c chopped pecans and half t ground cinnamon in small bowl.
