Apple Danish Pastries

Ingredients

2 packages dry yeast
2 cakes compressed yeast
60 ml water
180 ml milk
6 gr salt
300 gr butter
1/2 lemon extract
3 eggs
575 gr all purpose flour
20 slices ozs
16 gr cinnamon
65 gr sugar
150 gr butter
5/8 dough
1/2 covered portion
3 rd section over the first
1/2 a rectangle

Instructions

a spiral roll. Put a few drained apple slices in center of each. Sprinkle with the cinnamon mixed with half cup sugar. Cover. Let rise in a warm place, free from draft, until doubled in bulk. Bake in preheated 375` oven for about dozen minutes. Makes about 2 dozen Wis/Gramma ----
