Apple Nut Muffins

Ingredients

250 gr sifted flour
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
50 gr sugar
120 ml milk
95 gr drippings
2 eggs
180 ml applesauce
65 gr nuts

Instructions

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Add melted drippings and mix. Add beaten eggs, applesauce and nuts. Stir only until flour is moistened. Fill greased 6 cm tins two third full.
