Apple Oat Muffins

Ingredients

240 ml buttermilk
160 gr rolled oats
1/2 raisons
130 gr wheat
7 gr baking powder
4 gr cinnamon
1 gr salt
1 egg
2 egg whites
60 gr egg substitute
80 ml honey
1 apple cored
1/2 full

Instructions

tug on side of each muffin. Turn muffins upsode down when removed from pan unmtil ready to serve. Best served warm. Variation--omit oats and use 1.75 cups whole wheat pastry flour.
