Apple Onion Rye Abm

Ingredients

14 gr yeast
110 gr bread flour
190 gr rye flour
40 gr cracked wheat
20 gr sugar
4 gr salt
4 gr caraway seeds
2 garlic
1 onions
1 apples
45 gr butter
120 ml water

Instructions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 0.125 c less water. This barely sweet, fruity rye tastes good with scrambled eggs or in a turkey sandwich. For tea sandwiches, slice thin and spread with cream cheese and toasted sliced almonds. Tested in DAK R2D2.
