Apple Pie

Ingredients

6 apples
26 gr sugar
2 gr nutmeg
130 gr flour
220 gr brown sugar
110 gr butter
45 ml milk

Instructions

Mix sugar and nutmeg. Pour over apples sliced very thinly into pie pan lined with pastry. Place brown sugar and flour in a bowl, cut butter into this until crumbly. Pour this over apples, and on top, pour milk. Bake in moderate oven (350 deg.) until done. ----
